We specialize in high-end pre-owned vehicles and take pride in offering our customers a premium buying experience. We are currently hiring an experienced Service Manager to oversee our inventory make-ready operations and help us streamline the vehicle preparation process from arrival to online listing.
Job Summary:
The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the flow of vehicles through our service, reconditioning, and detailing departments. This includes overseeing inspections by mechanics, coordinating vehicle repairs, managing the detailing process, and ensuring that vehicles are photographed and listed for sale in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workflow for all incoming vehicle inventory
- Oversee service and reconditioning operations to ensure vehicles meet dealership standards
- Coordinate with mechanics to perform inspections and repairs
- Supervise detailing team and ensure vehicles are photo-ready
- Communicate across departments to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
- Track and report vehicle readiness status to dealership leadership
- Train and lead team members across the service and make-ready departments
- Monitor parts inventory and reconditioning supplies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an automotive dealership or high-volume service shop
- Strong understanding of the reconditioning process from inspection to retail-ready
- Prior experience managing service technicians or detail teams is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
