Job Description Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service support for the service sales department. This position is also responsible for assuring an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained by performing the following duties.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate service agreement visits with facilities and the Director of Service Sales.
· Create all requisitions/orders for accepted service sales proposals.
· Create service agreement contracts for the Service Sales Representative.
· Create small part order proposals (customer looking to purchase some replacement parts).
· Assist with bid documents for proposal submission.
· Assist with soliciting to existing customers additional services, including security electronics equipment and customer service agreements/contracts.
· Assisting with renewals of existing customer service agreements, including sending renewal notices, contacting customers direct, sending and collecting renewal documents, and customer follow-up.
· Assisting with scheduling, programming, engineering and production departments while establishing pricing for additional services.
· Assist in tracking that additional purchase projects will be completed in a timely manner and within budget.
· Responsible for understanding customer warranty and support levels.
· Responsible for other duties as required by Director of Service Sales and Accurate Controls.
Job Qualifications:
· Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. The ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
· To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing Software (Word); Database Software (Access); Spreadsheet Software (Excel); E-Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation Software (Power Point).
· A proven track record of success in an administrative support role.
· Possession of the following competencies in technical knowledge, critical thinking skills, communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
· Professional, outgoing, customer service oriented.
· Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
· Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and flexible and enjoy working with a variety of staff.
· Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.
· Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision; able to manage multiple tasks.
· Able to work flexible schedule.
· 1+ years of experience in customer service.
· Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
· Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
