In this awesome role, you will get to be a superhero to our guests by saving their vehicles from certain doom and gloom or just scheduling basic repairs and maintenance! You will get to learn about the latest and greatest vehicle technology. You'll also get to learn the ins and outs of the dealerships exciting life style! While being in this position means you will be on the phones all day, everyday; you will get to learn about vehicles, maintenance intervals, and best part build relations with our guests!
Competitive wage.
Position is Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with scheduled services
- Outbound calling, this is a very important responsibility in this position
- Answer inbound calls quickly without hesitation
- Utilize daily tracking systems
- Participate in team & process development sessions – bring on the sunshine!!
- Being organized.
Skills / Requirements
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Team player attitude
- Must be able to follow scripts and direction
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills and be able to work on multiple programs simultaneously
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Position is Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm with rotating Saturdays 8am - 5pm.
