We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in a repair facility. This role involves maintaining and repairing various vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, ATV's and Side By Sides.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using your expertise.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and manage work orders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the department.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks is preferred.
- Experience working in a repair facility is highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Military experience is a plus, showcasing discipline and technical skills relevant to the role.
