- Industry led Advisory & Transformation Experience,
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - ServiceNow
- 7+ years of ServiceNow ecosystem experience,
- At least 1 industry domain experience (Technology/Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, Mfg),
- Ability to manage CXOs and customer stakeholders NICE TO HAVE
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certification Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas
