The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations for incoming and outgoing materials. This is a key logistics role that ensures products, parts, and supplies are accurately received, staged, and shipped on time.
You’ll work closely with purchasing, production, and logistics leadership to support smooth material flow, maintain accurate records, and uphold a clean, safe, and organized shipping area. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage
· Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and safely for LTL, freight, and small parcel carriers
· Generate shipping labels and documentation (BOLs, packing lists, etc.)
· Ensure inventory is properly received into ERP system and routed to correct location or team
· Communicate with internal teams (purchasing, production, planning) to coordinate material flow
· Stage materials and orders for pickup, production use, or internal transfer
· Maintain shipping and receiving logs, records, and documentation
· Keep the dock, warehouse, and staging areas clean, organized, and safe
· Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
What You Bring
· 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination
· Familiarity with freight carriers, LTL shipments, and shipping software (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
· Comfortable using ERP systems and barcode scanners
· Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (forklift certification a plus)
· Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
· A hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership of your area
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
· Prior use of ERP software for inventory and logistics transactions
· Basic knowledge of shipping compliance (hazmat, international docs, etc.)
· Forklift operation experience or certification

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
