Responsibilities:

- Reliable Attendance and Punctuality: Consistently show up on time, fully prepared to begin work. Be dependable during regular hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and flexible with occasional early starts, late finishes, or weekend work when required.
- Efficient Material Handling and Preparation: Prepare materials and equipment for field installations, ensuring they are organized, safely handled, and ready for use. Load and unload deliveries with care, maintaining an orderly and accessible workspace.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential problems in tasks or shop operations before they escalate. Use critical thinking and past experience to make sound, safe decisions that align with company goals.
- Shop and Workspace Maintenance: Keep all work areas, including personal workstations, the shop, and vehicles, clean and organized. Regularly remove trash, recycle materials, and maintain a high standard of orderliness to ensure efficiency and safety.
- On-Time Deliveries: Perform timely deliveries of materials and parts to job sites, which may occasionally include early morning starts (as early as 5:00 AM). The frequency of deliveries varies based on workload, typically ranging from 1-3 times per week on average. Safely operate company vehicles and uphold delivery commitments with professionalism.
- Initiative and Independence: Take ownership of your responsibilities and proactively look for tasks to improve the shop when regular duties are completed. Collaborate with management or teammates when needed to ensure your efforts align with team goals and contribute meaningfully.
- Quality Work: Strive for excellence in every task, working efficiently while maintaining high standards. Focus on speed and accuracy, continuously improving your skills to meet or exceed expectations.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Be prepared to pivot and adjust to changing priorities throughout the workday. Approach new methods, tools, and tasks with an open mind, adapting to various work situations and teammates’ abilities.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with management and teammates. Ask questions when needed, provide updates on tasks, and share relevant information to support smooth shop operations.
- Safety, Appearance, and Proper Equipment Usage: Follow all safety protocols and use provided personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately. Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to uniform standards, including wearing company-provided attire or plain, non-branded clothing free from holes and tears. Ensure footwear and clothing are safe and suitable for the work environment.
- Attitude and Accountability: Exhibit a positive, “can-do” attitude. Take responsibility for your actions and work, learning from mistakes to prevent repetition. Maintain a mindset of getting the job done and finding solutions, not excuses.
Experience:
- Hands-On and Tool Experience: Demonstrated ability to work with tools, physical materials, and mechanical systems in practical, hands-on environments. Candidates with prior experience in trades, construction, or other skilled roles are highly preferred, but similar hands-on expertise developed through other experiences will also be valued.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and fostering a positive workplace.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and address challenges in a work environment, showing initiative and resourcefulness to find effective solutions.

Position Requirements:
- Educational Foundation: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid License: Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and perform tasks requiring frequent bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional early starts (as early as 5:00 AM) or late finishes as needed. Delivery schedules typically range from 1-3 times per week on average, depending on workload.
