Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sign Production & Install Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position involves both hands-on installation of signage and in-shop production of vinyl graphics and printed materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation Duties:
- Install vinyl graphics on vehicles, windows, walls, floors, and other surfaces.
- Mount and secure signs including channel letters, dimensional signs, yard signs, and banners.
- Operate lifts, ladders, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all installations are aligned, bubble-free, and meet quality standards.
Production Duties:
- Weed, mask, and prepare vinyl graphics for application.
- Assemble and finish signs using materials like acrylic, aluminum, PVC, and coroplast.
- Operate handy tools and machines for sign production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
General Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and design layouts.
- Communicate with team members and clients to ensure project accuracy.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling.
Qualifications:
- 2+ year of experience in vinyl application, sign installation, or print production.
- Familiarity with materials such as adhesive vinyl, mesh banners, acrylic, and aluminum.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with vehicle wraps and large-format printing.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.
- Basic carpentry & electrical skills a plus.
