Due to our continued growth, Atlas Excavating is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Administrator to be responsible for coordinating social media and marketing activities and providing administrative support for business development activities. Specific responsibilities shall include:
- Develop, implement, and coordinate social media strategies to promote Atlas.
- Create high quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Coordinate and promote business development and marketing events.
- Assist in the development and execution of business development and marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating trade show activities, and maintaining various databases.
- Provide support in organizing meetings and appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients.
- Copy, scan, and assemble business development collaterals as needed.
Qualifications:
- College degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing, Public Relations/Communication, or Business Administration.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience
- Creative and proficient in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and with vendors and clients.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics.
- Proficient in MS Office
