Duties

- Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and audience feedback through social listening tools.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and digital marketing.
Skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visually appealing content.
- Experience in public relations and relationship management to foster community engagement.
- Knowledge of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales through social media channels.
- Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging video content.
- Excellent photography skills for capturing high-quality images for social media posts.
- Strong understanding of branding principles to maintain a cohesive brand identity across platforms.
