Midnight ProteX / Midnight Protective Films with an exciting business and a large social media following is seeking a social media manager. You will not need to be infront of the camera.

- Strong writing and storytelling ability
- Graphic design basics (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Short-form video editing (e.g., Reels, TikTok)
2. Platform Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Awareness of trends and platform algorithm changes
3. Community Management
- Engaging with followers, responding to comments/DMs
- Managing online reputation and brand tone
4. Strategy & Planning
- Content calendar development
- Campaign planning aligned with business goals
- Audience research and targeting
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Understanding of platform insights (IG Insights, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Ability to report KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, conversions)
6. Copywriting & Caption Crafting
- Writing compelling hooks, CTAs, and captions that convert
- Understanding tone and voice
7. SEO & Hashtag Strategy
- Using hashtags effectively for discovery
- Basic knowledge of SEO for YouTube and blog sharing
8. Time Management & Organization
- Juggling multiple platforms and deadlines
9. Creative Direction & Brand Vision
- Bringing consistency in visual style and messaging
- Collaborating with designers, photographers, and video editors
You are needed to film in person 2-4 hrs a day for 3-4 days a week. We are looking to expand into other areas such as snapchat and podcasting.
The pay starts at $500 per week, it will be much higher depending on the value that can be brought in.
