FUNCTION - Responsible for emptying slot machines containing unaudited Bill Validator Acceptors (BVA) and transporting same to Count Room for a counting of the contents. Counts contents of BVA's and Poker boxes and reports results.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safeguards Drop and Drop Count room assets.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Performs labor function during drop and count processes.
- Obtains and opens BVA from cart or trolley.
- Empties contents of each BVA individually on count table showing empty BVA to at least one other Drop team member and Surveillance.
- Assists in sorting currency and paperwork.
- For each BVA, records cash and paperwork activity on Drop Count sheets.
- Participates in the count and verification of soft drop in case currency counter is malfunctioning.
- Verifies each shifts bundled and strapped currency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the Count room.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid gaming license (employer will assist in the application process).
