Solar Rooftop Forman needed in our Residential Division to manage the installation crew and assist with quality solar PV installations in some or all of the following areas: System layout, roof penetrations, assembling racking, running conduit (both exterior and in attics), panel attachment, grounding, wire pulling, constructing wire combiner boxes and performing voltage testing. Stages materials, tools, completes load standards and helps load/move material; Assists with general site preparation and continuous job site clean-up.
Pay will be based on experience. Must have at least 4 years of solar experience and at least 2 year of residential solar Foreman experience. Must have a valid driver's license. Must live in the Central Valley. KS Electric is a culture-based company and opportunities for advancement are plentiful!
