About the Role

The Solution Consultant plays a critical role in the sales process. This position requires a passionate and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the restaurant industry and exceptional communication skills. We value diverse backgrounds and experiences, and a college degree is not required.

Understanding Customer Needs: Conducting thorough needs assessments with prospective restaurant clients, identifying their pain points, and translating those needs into tailored solutions.

Developing and Delivering Compelling Demos: Creating and delivering customized product demonstrations that effectively showcase the value proposition of the Peblla POS system and address specific customer requirements.

Building Strong Relationships: Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.

Providing Product Expertise: Serving as a trusted advisor to potential customers by providing in-depth product knowledge and answering technical questions.

Contributing to Sales Success: Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Travel: Frequent travel is required, both locally and out of state.

Installation and Setup: Ability to install and setup of Peblla POS systems at customer locations.

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the restaurant industry or a related field.

● Proven ability to understand and articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

● Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

● Proficiency in using CRM and other sales-related software.

● Passion for the restaurant industry and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

● Ability to travel frequently, both locally and out of state.

● Proficiency in Spanish at a native or near-native level.

Bonus Points:

● Experience with restaurant POS systems or other restaurant technology.

● Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
