The Work
Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a Modeling Administrator for the Acoustic Rapid COTS Insertion (ARCI) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the ARCI modeling community, including user access, license administration, training, and technical support. This role will also involve coordinating and maintaining various modeling resources, including Confluence, Cameo Collaborator, and Jira.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

The Work
Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a Modeling Administrator for the Acoustic Rapid COTS Insertion (ARCI) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the ARCI modeling community, including user access, license administration, training, and technical support. This role will also involve coordinating and maintaining various modeling resources, including Confluence, Cameo Collaborator, and Jira.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer user access, TWC, and CSM licenses from an ARCI modeling community perspective
- Coordinate and maintain user training materials, how-to guides, and Confluence resources, as well as new member onboarding
- Serve as the Merge Management Process Owner and Merge Event Scheduler/Coordinator
- Provide technical support for version comparisons, merges, and patches
- Publish trunks for ARCI Hardware and SONAR to Cameo Collaborator
- Summarize changes in model releases and upstream model project updates for the modeling community
- Maintain the Project Usage Chain, including Media Control Transfers
- Manage Golden and Release Branch creation, as well as Branch and Package Permissions
- Post exported engineering artifacts to Confluence/Drawing Approval Logs
- Maintain Plugin Testbed content to ensure adequate coverage of plugin use cases
- Coordinate with the C5 SE&I Modeling team to test and understand new features and their impacts on downstream models
- Support and manage plugin distribution, availability, and advertisement to the ARCI modeling community
- Run validation suites regularly to identify invalid elements and work with content owners to address
- Facilitate the Modeling Tagup and WAMMM meetings
- Manage Jira for the ARCI Modeling project
- Support modeling efforts with data entry and major data import and export efforts

Basic Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a modeling or systems engineering environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Cameo System Modeler, Confluence, Jira, and other relevant tools
- Experience with ARCI modeling community/tools
- Knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with plugin development and management
- Experience with data import and export and configuration management
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
