The Spanish Bay Club Manager will oversee entire operation of The Spanish Bay Club to ensure efficient operation, maximum satisfaction of members and guests within budget guidelines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be a leader and promoter of all aspects of The Club. Ensure that the Club is always striving to achieve financial goals.
- Provide direction and guidance to Fitness and Tennis. Assist in operation of each area as needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison between The Club and other departments within the resort.
- Serve on the Executive Committee for The Inn at Spanish Bay and attend all staff meetings. Attend any additional meetings, projects and tasks associated with Executive Committee responsibilities.
- Prepare and oversee the annual budget and capital expense report.
- Monitor and review daily and monthly income statements. Ensure that all areas of The Club are in compliance with financial guidelines.
- Review and control all proposed expenditures.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all positions.
- Ensure that staff attend and participate in daily HUDDLES each day.
- Ensure that staff is practicing PBC Standards and Values each day.
- Prepare annual performance reviews and on-going evaluations of managers and administrative staff.
- Ensure that The Club is in compliance with all health and safety standards.
- Review industry standards and implement plans for continued growth and development of activities offered.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of all areas and equipment.
- Solicit and promote membership sales.
- Address and resolve member, guest, and employee concerns and suggestions.
- Be approachable to members, guests, and employees, by listening to their needs and addressing any concerns.
- Oversee member publications and all literature for The Club.
- Plan all social member events, ensuring the highest quality and experience for members.
- Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and healthy policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Required Skills:
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
- Knowledge of fitness, tennis, and spa services.
Desired Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years management experience, preferably in resort/private club operations.
