Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is looking for a special education paraprofessional beginning with the 2025-26 school year. Must be willing and able to support elementary aged students who have Autism in a highly structured program and setting. Must be a flexible team player and have the genuine desire to work with children. Must be able to assist in small group activities or work one-on-one to follow the educational support plans for the students. Must be able to work as part of a team.

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.00-$19.41 depending on previous experience. A higher starting wage rate may be granted to applicants who hold one of the following: a current Colorado educator's license, current 5-year Substitute Authorization, RBT certification, CNA license or RMA/CMA certificate.

This position is full time, 7.5 hrs per day, on school days, and includes the full benefits package. In order to receive consideration, you must complete the online application ASAP.
