Global Talent at Visa is an integrated Talent organization that oversees the end-to-end employee lifecycle, building capabilities to meet evolving company needs and priorities across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Enterprise & Functional Learning (Visa University), Organizational Design and Employee Engagement.
We are seeking a Senior Learning Partner, Enterprise Learning for North America to plan and deliver Visa University's Enterprise learning organization offerings across the region. The successful candidate will focus on the upskilling and reskilling of company-wide professional skills and critical enterprise competencies.
We are looking for an innovative Senior Learning Partner with a proven track record of working with stakeholders in region and delivering effective and impactful learning experiences at scale. The successful candidate will drive both transformative and continuous improvement efforts based on enterprise needs to accelerate our impact, and speed-to-market.
They will be accountable, with the Sr Director, Talent Management & Development in region, for ensuring that all Visa employees in the region have the necessary professional skills and enterprise knowledge essential to achieve Visa’s strategic goals.
This role will be critical in delivering just-in-time training within the flow of work through various modalities, to ensure we are upskilling Visa employees with relevant knowledge and skills precisely when they need them, for immediate and practical application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Global Functional Learning teams and Regional Talent Management & Development partners to identify critical enterprise and professional skills needed to support company goals in the region and drive development of prioritized skills with measurable business impact.
- Build and organize clear career development journeys that connect with enterprise learning programs to help employees achieve their agreed development goals.
- Expand Visa Acumen learning across the region to strengthen employees' understanding of our industry and business, incorporating it into onboarding and development programs.
- Collaborate with the regional head of Talent Management & Development to create a regional enterprise learning strategy and translate it into clear and actionable plans to execute with a focus on engagement and delivery.
- Work with VU’s learning design, experience and delivery teams to deliver enterprise learning experience through innovative delivery and drive fast program speed-to-market.
- Strengthen engagement through learning and support key critical Talent management activities (e.g. Annual Review, Development Objectives, Quarterly Conversations, and Org & Talent Planning) to achieve stronger outcomes in line with Visa’s overall growth strategy
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of enterprise learning and development programs within the region by identifying impactful KPIs and metrics and adjust as necessary to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Successfully enable annual Ethics and Compliance training that meets regional requirements and help drive an ethics culture in the region
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in navigating a matrixed organization and working in collaborative teams with matrixed reporting lines.
- Strong business stakeholder engagement and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to achieve buy-in and alignment
- Experience presenting complex materials in a succinct manner to executives to drive effective decision making.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing change management initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A test and learn mindset that embraces creativity, optimism, ambiguity and failing-fast.
- Ability to deliver results by acting and executing quickly.
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across a breadth of stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with third-party providers, to increase the contribution and capability of Visa’s Talent organization.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 120,900.00 to 175,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
