Position Summary:
Fresco Produce is seeking a reliable and hardworking Stacker to join our team. This role is responsible for stacking finished product boxes securely and neatly on pallets, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Stack finished product boxes on pallets in a stable and organized manner.
- Safely operate electric pallet jacks and strapping tools.
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 65 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Perform basic math to verify counts and quantities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
- Work efficiently in a cold and fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Arrive on time and work scheduled shifts consistently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a produce warehouse or packinghouse.
- Proven experience stacking boxes and handling pallets properly.
- Able to lift up to 65 lbs consistently.
- Experience with electric pallet jacks and strapping tools required.
- Basic math skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to handle physical work in cold conditions.
Compensation:
- $10.00 per hour
- Plus $25.00 weekly punctuality and attendance bonus (paid in grocery gift cards)
