Role Overview
We’re looking for a STEM Program Manager to lead and support our growing team of after-school instructors. This role combines leadership, organization, and a passion for education in a flexible hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Support Instructors – Mentor a team of after-school STEM instructors, fostering a positive and effective teaching environment.
- Coordinate Programs – Work with partner schools to schedule and deliver seamless, high-quality STEM programs.
- Manage Materials – Prepare and organize supplies to ensure instructors are equipped for every lesson.
- Hybrid Work – Balance remote program planning with on-site school visits to support instructors and oversee program quality.
Qualifications
- Education Experience – Background in training educators or leading educational programs.
- Organizational Strengths – Skilled at managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and keeping programs on track.
- Passion for STEM – Excited about making science and engineering fun and accessible for kids.
- Strong Communicator – Able to collaborate with instructors, school administrators, and community partners.
