The STEWARD for the Graveyard shift is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment in the various food outlets working the grave shift. This position is responsible for washing of dishes used in food and beverage outlets, maintenance and sanitation of all food service operations. Performs duties such as dishwashing, cleaning of all production equipment, floor cleaning and trash removal.
Responsible for deep cleaning all kitchen cooking equipment in all venues, deep cleaning all floors in venues, deep cleaning all drains in venues, all general cleaning needs in all venues/outlets, and all used grease removal on property and any other task given by Steward Supervisor including disposing of trash, washing dishes/pots, and any other cleaning assignments given by Steward Supervisor including disposing of trash, washing dishes/pots, and any other cleaning assignments.
