Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of enthusiastic and customer-focused staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Schedule and organize staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate and openly communicate with partners and peers.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet demand.
• Implement and enforce sanitation and safety standards.
• Financial Management:
• Manage the store's budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
• Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry, or a related area such as retail or fitness.
• Knowledge of ice cream or similar food products is a plus.
• Leadership Skills:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Customer Focus:
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
