Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the store’s daily operations, working closely with technicians and front-of-house staff.
- Hire and build a team of service advisors and technicians.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drive store performance by developing strategies to grow the customer base, increase sales, and boost profitability.
- Oversee all administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer interactions, explain recommended services, sell repair work, and ensure efficient shop flow.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry (store management experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
