Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Ensure effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and complaints.

- Oversee the Point of Sale (POS) system for accurate transactions and reporting.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers while retaining existing ones.
- Conduct regular assessments of store performance and implement improvements as necessary.
