YOUR DAY AS A STUDENT HOUSING-TURN TEAM MEMBER

As a new Student Housing-Turn Team Member at Bryan Properties Group, you can expect a fast-paced and diverse daily routine. Your primary responsibilities will involve preparing student housing units for new residents. This includes cleaning, painting, and performing general maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming environment.

You will collaborate closely with team members to meet tight deadlines, emphasizing a customer-focused approach to enhance the living experience for students. Your schedule will be flexible, spanning 7 days a week, with varying hours that adapt to workload demands. Be prepared for energetic and productive workdays, as this role can extend for up to 3 weeks.
