POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Student Success Coach is a dedicated case manager for students in grades 3–12 who are identified through data indicators for chronic absenteeism, behavioral challenges, and/or poor academic performance. The Success Coach works with school staff, families, and community partners to remove barriers to student achievement and promote school engagement, positive behavior, and academic success.
