Responsibilities:
- Make outbound phone calls to interested students
- Receive inbound calls and answer questions
- Provide in-depth answers regarding next steps in the application process
- Assist with campus tours and events as needed
- Organize marketing materials for distribution
Requirements:
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Good listening skills
- A high degree of maturity when dealing with confidential matters
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and details
- Capacity to be resourceful and take initiative in problem-solving
- Ability to work with limited supervision
