Role Introduction
We are seeking a proactive, organized and resourceful Studio Administrator to support our New York-based Consumer Experiences (CX) team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of studio activities and supporting leaders located in New York, Seattle, Minneapolis, and Amsterdam.
This role requires a service-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoys building relationships across diverse teams. This individual will support administrative needs, coordinate day-to-day operations, and contribute to a positive and productive market and studio culture. They will report into the New York leaders and support the Consumer Experience market leaders firm wide.
What your day will look like:
Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain calendars for CX Market Leadership and coordinate market-wide meetings
- Schedule and coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the CX Market Leadership
- Reconcile expenses and submit the necessary expense reports for the CX Market Leadership
- Provide administrative support during Market and Studio meetings, including agenda preparation and detailed notetaking plus sending out the recaps
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and documentation as needed
- Meet administrative needs of Market leadership, aligning support with the firm’s strategic goals
Studio Operations
- Coordinate day of guests visits with the building security as needed
- Recognize and support the need for operational improvements and process efficiencies
- Take ownership of studio tasks and uphold MG2 standards
Team & Culture Engagement
- Engages in as a key point person as ’s Culture Crew Project Manager, coordinating morale and team-building events
- Plan and support developmental events and support professional sessions
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive studio environment across all supported offices
- Maintain team engagement through intentional planning and support of cultural initiatives
Business Development & Marketing Support
- Coordinate business development and local marketing events as directed
- Support scheduling, catering, logistics, and follow-up for external-facing events and internal pursuits
- Assist in tracking tasks aligned with market BD strategies
- Coordinate as needed with the Marketing team.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- 3–7 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and Smartsheet.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude with a sense of humor and commitment to team morale.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of responsibilities and deadlines.
- Proven success supporting multiple leaders and working across distributed teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective working independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working under pressure and navigating shifting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with senior leadership, clients, and staff.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.

National Salary Ranges:
Studio Administrator: $61,500 - $94,150
Please note that this role is a salaried and exempt position, and therefore, is not eligible for overtime pay.
If position is eligible for remote status, ranges may be adjusted. Acknowledging the time employees typically spend in the role, compensation is dependent on applicable years of experience and skillset.
