Job Description:
The Substitute Principal provides leadership and administrative support in the absence of the regular school principal. This role involves overseeing daily school operations, supporting staff and students, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment, and upholding district policies and procedures. The substitute principal works closely with faculty, parents, and district leadership to maintain continuity in school management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers, staff and students with academic and behavioral needs.
- Handle disciplinary issues and ensure student safety.
- Communicate with parents, staff and district personnel as needed.
- Make decisions aligned with school policies and district goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in school administration or leadership preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
