AB Facility Services is looking for a Supervisor for a Building located in Queens, NY.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and motivated Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards. The Supervisor will provide leadership, support, and guidance to team members while also helping to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to employees as needed.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Monitor attendance, resolve conflicts, and handle minor disciplinary actions.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, clients, or vendors.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in the United States
- Experience: 5 + years of relevant experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- MUST HAVE SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE
Pay & Schedule
- $19.00 per hour/ weekly pay
- This is a short assignment for 3 weeks
