Ranew's Companies is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team in Milner, GA. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for streamlining Shipping & Receiving and the Purchasing process for a more efficient company. The position oversees and maintains the supplies and inventory through product receipt, storage, and delivery. They supervise employees who confirm and record shipment receipts, prepare items for shipping, and load and unload purchases. They are responsible for identifying suppliers, processing purchase orders, and verifying delivered items. Knowledge of business and maintain meticulous transaction records. Managers should be equipped with leadership, effective communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills. They are also expected to delegate and have confidence.

Supply Chain Supervisor Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
- Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
- Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
- Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
- Selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost efficiency.
- Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needs.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information.
- Building and maintaining positive, long term supplier relations.
- Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock.
- Good Written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Basic knowledge of computer functions, including the ability to use multiples computer systems and programs.
