Your Role:
- Safety First: Ensure every class is a safe splash zone.
- Teach & Inspire: Use our curriculum to build water confidence and swimming skills in every student.
- Team Player: Communicate well with colleagues and be adaptable on the pool deck.
- Stay Engaged: Embrace feedback and continually hone your teaching craft.
Preferred but Not Required:
- One or more years of swimming experience or teaching children
