**This is a field based position where you will will directly to field operations manager. You will be required to be in the field 100% of the time**
Job Description
- Conduct client first visits and provide first initial pool service.
- Handle customer cancellation requests and save the account.
- Lead training initiatives for team members.
- Provide pool services and tech support duties such as skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls and steps, managing chemicals, algae treatments, and filter maintenance/cleaning.
- Will be required to clean all commercial pools
- Will be required to complete field audits to ensure the pool technicians are monitoring chemicals correctly.
- Will be required to ensure all pools are cleaned Monday – Friday. If a technician calls in sick they will fill the route for the day.
- will be required to complete repairs as needed
- will be required to work 7 am to 6 pm most days
Required Skills / Abilities
- Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outside year-round in a variety of conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be a self-starter and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
- Certified Pool Operater certificate (or plan to get within first 30 days)
- 5+ years of pool cleaning experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
