Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Technician to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial cleaning services in the Little Rock/Benton areas. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in leading teams and a proven track record of success in the cleaning industry.
This person will have assigned cleaning duties in addition to regularly checking on the other Cleaning Technicians in the area and auditing their work.
NOTE: This is an evening position. The position will start between 5:30-6:00pm Monday through Friday and there will be occasional weekend work.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure customer satisfaction by performing routine commercial cleaning duties at assigned locations to include sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, etc.
· Conduct periodic customer site inspections at assigned locations to ensure compliance with Office Pride cleaning standards.
· Ensure Cleaning Techs have the training needed to perform their duties and make sure they have supplies and/or inspecting their work at the end of the night.
· Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to promote productivity and employee satisfaction.
· Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory at assigned locations.
· Promptly address and resolve any issues or complaints.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience leading a team strongly preferred.
· Prior experience in the cleaning industry preferred.
· This position requires high level of communication with management on a nightly basis via smartphone with internet. Having access to both is a requirement of the job.
· High attention to detail – must be able to spot when something isn’t cleaned to standard.
· Must be able to explain information in a manner that is easily understood by trainees
· Must have reliable transportation in order to drive to different locations to visit with employees and audit their work.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
