- Process transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system
- Handle food orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Upsell products and promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
- Help in restocking inventory and supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in handling food following safety guidelines
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating orders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for customer interactions
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
