What You’ll Do as a Data & Compliance Coordinator
Keep Data Clean & Precise

• Process and verify large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Ensure all records meet company policies and industry standards without errors.
• Flag and fix any errors to maintain integrity and compliance.

Coordinate with Internal Teams

• Ensure smooth handoffs and communication across departments.
• Keep documentation clear, organized, professional, and up to date.

Stay Focused & Flexible

• Manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
• Adapt to changing needs while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

What You Bring

• A meticulous, detail-oriented mindset
• The ability to stay steady and focused under deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems
• A calm, collaborative approach and strong professional communication

Job Details
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (8am-4pm)
Work Breakdown:

• 70% Data Entry & Compliance
• 30% Internal Communication & Team Support
