We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including social media management, job boards, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS and Workday for efficient candidate management.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit within the organization.
- Facilitate employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Implement succession planning strategies to identify potential future leaders within the organization.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, particularly in technical roles, is essential.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, Workday, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and employee orientation processes.
- Experience using ADP or similar HR software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27.64 - $33.29 per hour
