Must have experience in the Metal and fabrication industry.
Primary Purpose of the Position:
Increase sales volume by successfully quoting customer requirements and improve margins by re-quoting existing customer parts. Provide quality service to all customers.
1). Estimating: Review incoming prints/ customer requests to estimate the most cost effective method of manufacturing. Relay cost information to customers in an expedient and professional manner.
2). Customer service: Problem solving, tracking orders, phone work.
Other Duties as needed to help to help ensure smooth work flow of office work process, including general office work.

Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical school, engineering, or business degree
Metal Stamping background and or sales experience (other than telemarketing) required and Customer service experience.
