Veterinary Skin & Ear is looking for Technician Assistant to complement our talented team in a full-time, Mon-Fri position, with weekends off.
In this role, you will support our clinic and work closely with the technician team by ensuring daily tasks, patient care and client needs are attended to in an acurate and timely manner. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping the facility in top condition and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for patients and clients. Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic facilities, including treatment area, exam rooms & procedure rooms.
· Manage daily tasks such as laundry, stocking supplies, clean & autoclave procedure instruments and ensure medical equipment is clean and ready for use.
· Client service duties involving inbound phone calls, scheduling appointments, administrative correspondence, financial transactions.
· Assist in preparation & running lab samples
· Animal (dog & cat) handling/walking for medical treatments.
· Preparing allergy testing kits and medication refills.
· Performing basic medical tasks under doctor supervision
· Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
· Managing paperless medical records, emails, and correspondence.

Qualifications:
o Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and maintaining efficiency.
o A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
o Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
o Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as needed.
o Computer knowledge is a must!
o Must be able to work under fast-paced conditions as well as multi-task and prioritize.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.28 - $18.00 per hour
