About the Role
As a TECA, you are the Guardian of Patient Care in our therapy department. You'll assist patients through their healing journey using advanced decompression therapy, STIM (electrical stimulation), and customized exercises — all while keeping the environment clean, energized, and encouraging.
This is a physically active, people-focused role where your personality, reliability, and presence make a lasting impact on every patient you serve.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with decompression therapy (safely strapping in patients and monitoring sessions)
- Set up and monitor STIM therapy equipment
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises
- Be able to multi task and direct patient flow
- Track and manage therapy schedules for smooth flow
- Maintain daily logs for exercises and decompression sessions
- Celebrate patient milestones and help them feel proud of their progress
- Encourage online reviews on Google, Facebook, and Yelp
- Prepare and maintain therapy spaces, exam rooms, and restrooms
- Open and close therapy equipment and clean areas according to schedule
- Keep birthday cards and special moments part of the patient experience

Bonus If You Have:
- Background in healthcare, fitness, chiropractic, or physical therapy
- Experience with decompression or STIM therapy (we’ll train you either way!)
- CPR or First Aid Certification (or willing to get one)
Schedule:
- Full-time
- 4 Day work week! (MTWF)
- No weekends or nights!
