## Job Summary
As an Elementary School Teacher in our Catholic School, you will be responsible for creating a faith-based, positive learning environment for young students, fostering their academic, social-emotional learning, and personal development.
## Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards
- Provide instruction in various subjects such as Math, Reading, Science, Social Studies, and Writing
- Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods and engage students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and school administration
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for students
- Implement early intervention strategies for students who require additional support
- Utilize library services to promote literacy and research skills among students
## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or licensure
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Familiarity with education administration practices
- Background in early childhood education is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $47,000.00 per year
