Position Details:
- Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Status: Full-time or Part-time
We’re Hiring:
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct patient assessments and update care plans
- Deliver hands-on, compassionate care in alignment with physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing care environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Communicate effectively with families and advocate for patient needs
Preferred Experience:
- Pediatric or young adult care
- Ventilator, G-tube, and trach care
- IV therapy and wound care
- Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills
- Excellent time management and decision-making ability
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active Florida LPN or RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Experience in acute care, rehab, home health, long-term care, or hospice
- Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable in dynamic care settings
- Willingness to participate in emergency response teams (Team A, B, or C)
Compensation:
$25.00 – $41.00 per hour
(Rate based on experience, licensure, and role)
