Mission Objectives ? The ECP Lead ensures the technical and operational effectiveness of the AVCOE?s TRADOC Enterprise Classroom Program (ECP) and related AVCOE student support activities. The ECP Lead will oversee lifecycle management of classroom IT/A/V systems, implement student network account/onboarding processes, coordinate student image builds, and provide hands-on leadership of Classroom Support Professionals (CSPs) at FNAL, FEVA, and FHAZ. This position aligns with all customer and regulatory requirements to support uninterrupted, technology-enabled Army flight training and education.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ECP technical and operational matters at FNAL, ensuring uninterrupted readiness of 100+ ECP classrooms.
- Oversee classroom maintenance activities, preventative maintenance schedules, and compliance with TRADOC and AVCOE G-6 expectations.
- Lead a team of classroom support professionals, assigning tasks, tracking performance, and providing technical direction on ticket and service request response.
- Coordinate all technology refresh and upgrade planning, device imaging, and implementation to ensure seamless rollouts with minimal training disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams in collaboration with the IT Program Manager to forecast, request, and manage classroom technology requirements, including hardware, software, and bench stock.
- Maintain all ECP reporting, including TRADOC ECP repository entries, monthly classroom issue reports, bench stock inventories, and lifecycle status of assets.
- Ensure ECP staff maintain current certifications (IAT Level II) and compliance with Army/DoD standards.
- Serve as the ECP liaison to other directorates, contractors, and technology vendors, representing AVCOE interests at technical and programmatic meetings as required.
- Analyze trends in ticket data, asset faults, and classroom incidents to recommend and champion process improvements and future-proofing strategies for classroom technology.
- Mentor and train new ECP staff and develop onboarding plans to quickly bring new personnel to full operational capability.
