TITLE: Traffic Manager
REPORTS TO: Director of Customer Service
BASED AT: Facilities in Siler City, NC
HOURS: 7:30 am – 12:00 pm
JOB PURPOSE: Properly manage outgoing shipments for customers and assist with managing the installation crew. Coordinate equipment and keep a schedule for install crew. Keep up to date data for the business. Answer phones and greet drivers and/or customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accurate paperwork and data entry updates, customer communication regarding ship dates, updating reports, coordinate freight and equipment for installation team and customers, complete bill of ladings for all shipments, process paperwork and packets as needed, data entry, interact with customers regarding ship dates, parts and other customer service needs.
PERSON PROFILE: Honest, Hard Working, Organized, Personable, Must be on time
PERSONALITY: Out of the box thinker and creative problem solver, personal flexibility
COMPUTER SKILLS: Computer literate; familiar with Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, Power Point a plus
LITERACY & NUMERACY: Fluent in English
MANAGEMENT ABILITY: Prior management of 1 or more people a plus
