We are currently seeking a skilled Trailer Technician to join our team This role is vital in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our trailer operations. Located in Knoxville, TN, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on trailers to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Repair air brake systems and hydraulic components as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on tractor-trailers to prevent breakdowns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair or as a Trailer Technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
- Experience with air brake systems and hydraulics is essential.
- Familiarity with tractor-trailer operations preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
