Training/Documentation Lead
Develop draft content for technical docs, operational guides, user training, and ServiceNow upgrades.
10+ years of Technical Writing and Documentation experience, at least 5 years of which were supporting Federal Government.
5+ years of demonstrated experience managing Federal Government information
technology programs.
