**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on underground utilities (Water, Sewer, Storm drain) ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure.
**Duties:**
- Perform manual labor tasks as directed by supervisors and fellow employees.
- Assist in the installation, removal, and maintenance of Water, Sewer, Storm Drain.
- Clean and prepare sites for new projects- watering down jobsite for dust control.
- Assist in the delivery of materials and supplies to construction sites.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Perform heavy lifting, bending, and climbing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site.
- Assist in the collection and disposal of waste materials.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Collaborate with other construction laborers and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in construction or a related field A MUST.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Must have own transportation to jobsite or yard.
