Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life.
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Administer medication as prescribed, and monitor health conditions.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and report changes in the client’s condition.
- Follow care plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Background check and drug screening will be conducted.
