To develop and grow Hiab USA used equipment sales and acquisition funnels through existing and new channels to support strategic growth targets Main tasks and responsibilities
Responsible for the direct sales and order intake process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding top line growth and profitability for used and refurbished equipment
Track leads and opportunities, including won/loss reasons
Develop and maintain full sales and acquisition funnel tracking within CRM
Support development of used equipment product and service offerings
Focus efforts by studying existing and potential volume of used and new equipment sales and install base, as well as new and used equipment competition
Create and share quotes with customers and sales executives
Collaborate with used equipment team to execute trade-in and used equipment purchase evaluations
Follow up on quotes and open leads/opportunities to close sales
Support sales executives and dealer managers to close used equipment opportunities
Support used equipment website updates and data analytics
Support marketing campaigns for used equipment sales and acquisition
Provide sales and service leads to respective departments using Salesforce CRM
Respond quickly and accurately to inquiries through phone calls and emails
Serve as backup to Used Equipment Customer Service Representative
Serve as backup to Used & Refurb Equipment Manager regarding sales and acquisition activities
Understand and comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements
Perform all other duties as required by Supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
Accountabilities:
Used equipment sales and acquisition funnel development and growth
Professional, timely, and accurate communication What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant experience
Working experience:
Prior business development and sales funnel management experience
Marketing experience a plus
Skills and competencies:
Time management (organizing, planning, prioritizing) skills
CRM use and report development
Understanding of profit/loss accountability
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Extensive computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google products) with accurate data entry
Detail oriented
Demonstrate strong work ethic with a professional and cooperative attitude
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
