Valve service technician
Common sense and safe work practice is a must in this position.
The successful candidate will be a self starter.
Tasks will include - Greasing and operating valves currently in service on oil and gas well heads and equipment. Ball Valves, Gate Valves, Pneumatic and Electric Actuators. Confirming valve integrity. Adjusting "stops" as / if needed. Communication with supervisor as / if needed. Information gathering and report generation. Some proficiency with MS excel is needed.
This candidate will be trained as/if needed in valve repair and remanufacture on all applicable valve types, receiving competency certification for each task.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
